Willie,
I do know the efficiency of a high-power RFamplifier in VHF seems to improve slighlty when the silver tarnish is removed, tho.
Likewise even in MW AM; cleaning up the silver tarnish seems to improve efficiency.
I have not seen any measurements that say Silver Oxide is a good RF conductor, nor Silver Sulphide either. Nor actually on the RF characteristics of Copper Oxide, or Copper Sulphide, or Copper Carbonate. Not even on Copper Acetate, like when the ground strap is sealed thru the doghouse wall with an acetic cure silicone!!

Silver oxide is nearly as conductive as silver.
