[BC] New Orleans - a matter of responsibility?

I think that radio was more or less left out because those people
responsible are/were idiots. The local mayor with his some fuzzy math
about the hundreds of people killed or rapes at the Superdome. Or their
idiot governor, when contacted by FEMA about relief efforts, wanted 24
hours to "think about it"

Radio was not included in the "plan" because there was no "plan". If I
were a resident and taxpayer in New Orleans, I would hunt them down with
a baseball bat.....and/or sue them in civil court. You could probably
round up enough people for a class action suit. Or, at least a big, ugly
mob....
