[BC] New Orleans - a matter of responsibility?

I'm not sure why everyone is so hooked on the small bottles of water
that are readily available now. My personal preference is the good ole
fashion water container. Pre storm here I have a gal, 5 gal and a 3 gal,
that all get filled. Stuff them away and all is good. Of course then
again I do have backup plans as well, if all else fails I have two
potable well points and a pitcher pump that works when the power is off.
5 mins with a pipe wrench to uncap one and drop the pump in place and
you're back in business. (that's actually the 3rd backup plan) #2 is to
use water from the well via the irrigation pump, primary is municipal
water.
