The presence or absence of the Omnia phase rotators can make a difference 
in some material, but the separation setting, and especially the space 
effects setting, would, I think, be most likely to be responsible.

Bear in mind that relatively subtle adjustments to some parameters may make 
a noticeable difference on air. Many parameters work well at the preset 
values, but judicious adjustment to some make a remarkable difference. 
Lacking some extremely sophisticated analysis software it would be 
impossible to tell from monitoring whether some of those judicious 
adjustments had been made.
