[BC] CCA still Low modulation CHanges made

Just in case.....
  
  You don't measure a modulation reactor's value with an ohm meter.
  
  900 Ohms may be OK. It's been too long ago that I measured one that way.

After changing the tube V1 , the tube V3( smoked one) and changing 
resistor all 1 Mohm network , I didn't  get more that 2 or 3% 
increase in the modulation ,, Rigth Know reach as 20% of total 
modulation and a lot of HUMM,,, I did check all 2 Ohm resistors R41 
looks nice.  I did check a good inspection on all resistors an looks 
nice no high differences from value .  The only thing that I found HI 
, is the value of the L6 Reactor MOdulator ( choke)  60 Henries 80 
mA,, is around 900 Ohm.. Will any body know about the impedance of this Choke?

I didn't have any clue was going on , so My power Rf still there, the 
Frec.  still there too.  but modulation at all 20%.
