Originally it was WRHC on 1550khz, 10kw DA-D using a Gates BC-10H as the main
and a Vanguard II as the aux.  I knew one of the early staff engineers who
now works for ABC News/Wash.  Later, the station was moved on shore and
changed frequency to 1560khz.
