[BC] extra channel naming

This is getting to complex. If we are going to push HD radio what's
wrong with calling it HD2, HD3 etc. I think more general public would
understand "92.3 hd2", "Z 93 HD2", "The Rock station HD2" or whatever they
choose if they do not want to be connected with the primary channel. The use
of a channel number makes little or no sense. I'd bet most of us pros don't
know the most of the related frequencies without looking it up on a chart.
No radios have dials with channel numbers.
We are going to have enough problems educating them to HD FM in
the first place. John Q Public already understands tuning by frequency, and
if we are going to be pushing HD, it will be less of a learning curve and a
greater incentive to buy HD if we include "HD" in the additional name. A
person that hears about something on "the Point 97.1 HD2" or "Z 93 HD2" is a
person who can and will buy an HD radio and get in on the swing of things.
That's another listener for all the HD channels. A person who hears some
oddball set of numbers, or totally unfamiliar name, not relating to what
they already know, will throw up their hands in disgust and turn on their
IPod.
