Not according to my 2005 TL owner's manual and published product information 
from Acura.  From the "External Features" section in the manual and web 
site:

"Printed radio antenna (rear glass)"

The '06 and '05 models are identical in this area.  I do know that others 
have reported poor results with this antenna, but based on anecdotal 
comparisons with my other cars which use standard external antennas, the 
performance of the TL radio reception is reasonably comparable on AM and FM.
