Of course. I wouldn't want to be part of the station. Their lives 
would be in danger. Still, it's not a money-making issue the way pro 
and college sports are in those markets where teams pay. Even in 
markets where stations still pay the teams have requirements, if you 
don't meet them, they threaten to go elsewhere.
