<Go to R&R and hit the ratings tab and enter Market rank #5 (Dallas-Ft.
Worth) Look who's #2. Albeit it's P1 of the book but look at the growth KLUV
has experienced. I feel Rich Wood is about to step front and center.>

Having lived in Irving, Texas (in-between Dallas and Fort Worth) for the past 35 years, I can personally attest that
KLUV has "played the same 25 records for the past 25 years".

Unfortunately, they are the only oldies game in Dallas/Fort Worth on FM, so they have the majority of the oldies audience
(such as me) by default.

Between the women listening to Ron Chapman (who recently retired) and the area's oldies audience, that
is why they came in so high in the ratings.

If you go out on the street and talk to the average KLUV listener, everybody says the same thing - they are tired of hearing
the same tunes, over and over and over!

I don't buy the garbage that people want to hear the same tunes over and over in a small playlist.

KLUV certainly needs work on the programming side.
