Wow... almost makes "Bishop" Willis look like a responsible operator, by 
comparison! (Al least Willis had some signals actually on the air, even if barely.)

What I just cannot fathom, is why would this guy even want to bother with 
holding onto non-operating "stations" that it would appear he has no plans to 
actually put on the air in the first place? Why the web of lies? IOW, *What* is 
the guy's *problem*?

Has there been anything said/done by the FCC, since 2003?
