If it's #2 and growing there must be something wrong. I'd ask the 
same question. The ratings are very good. What do they need to do? It 
seems that what they're doing is working, regardless of people who 
don't believe in tight playlists.

Most programmers have seen it over and over again. Broaden your 
playlist and watch the ratings go down. Listeners say they want more 
variety. Give it to them and suffer.
