Although classical cannot lay claim to being the only 'real music', the
Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) under Paavo Jarvi did Neilsen's Sixth
Symphony this past November. There is nothing to surpass the CSO in full roar.
Conversely, hearing Raul Malo with his guitar in an acoustic, solo concert
in a small venue is equally overwhelming. The 'kids', those who respond to
the muse, will find her.
