[BC] The cost of radios in NY

Considering there is only 1 HD station in Syracuse of which I am aware even 
if we could afford to buy 100 a week... why bother...

Oh Central NY is really depressed economically.. No Carrier Air Conditioner, 
No GE... No big factories... all moved away or were  shut down.
