By the time that's needed we will have invaded Canada.and their new 
Constitution will require life, liberty and the pursuit 
of  interference. I can't see our occupation of the country lasting 
more than 5 years at the most. It'll be difficult, since Canadians 
look a lot like Americans.

It's a little convoluted since we're the ones with weapons of mass 
media destruction.
