Don't know if this counts but...not long ago at our Tucson stations, I was 
listening to our AM and heard the audio cut out several times during a spot. 
  When I got to the station, I noticed one of the DJs sitting in the AM 
studio with her 3-year-old son, who likes to push buttons.  Found out he had 
been exercising the "cough" button on the digital delay.
