[BC] Radio Transmitters in Residences

When WFMD, Frederick, MD, built their FM (and purported TV) building on 
Catoctin Mountain they included an appartment overlooking Middletown 
Valley.  AFAIK it has never been lived in, but is a prime location.  The 
FM went dark in the bad years but they managed to get it back in time to 
still be (at least) a full B.  Of course the transmitter site in 
unattended these days - still no TV. Call is now WFRE.
