Any station that relies on skywave might as well shut down after 
sunset. It's been made clear that anything beyond your protected 
contour is fair game. Once every AM station is operating with IBUZ at 
night, even the 50Kw former clears will be local, probably with interference.

The fix is in. There isn't going to be a separate band for AM 
digital. I believe interference will be so intolerable there won't be 
nighttime listening. If you strip away the ratings dayparts from 6PM 
to 6AM a station's overall numbers will decline.
