As soon as that happens, the 103.1's attorney needs to file a suit against
the 103.3 for an injunction to make them turn it off ASAP. Probably a good idea
to have him or her get the paperwork ready, now, then just fill-in the dates
and file it when it's time. Every minute spared (by being prepared) will be
even more valuable when the 103.1's signal is being destroyed.
Of course, it would be even better to convince the 103.3 to not even waste
the money buying the thing, because 103.1 is going to file suit against them as
soon as it lights up.
