[BC] Another history question

Let me butt in for a minute (I'm good at that). Usually you can quote 
pieces from the article with attribution. It falls under "fair use". 
However, posting the entire article, even with attribution, can be 
problematic. Best thing to do is attempt to get permission from the 
author/paper for limited use on the web. Some folks allow use if it's a 
locked pdf (printing function off) or as a .jpg or other image making it 
harder to cut and paste.
