Yes. Now that you mention it, I remember it well.
IIRC it used a pair of 6AQ5's for output, a 6AL5
for bias rectifier. Can't remember the tube
between 6386 and 6AQ5's, but it seems like there
was a 105 V (purple) 7 pin VR tube in there too.
