When you count *only* him, yes, it appears that he is outnumbered. However,
when you factor-in the truth that there are, indeed, *many* much smaller,
lower-profile Organizations and Broadcasters which also uphold the same standards,
then the numbers swing *way* over to the other direction: It is the crackpots
who are totally outnumbered. It is only because they are the squeaky wheels,
that everybody knows about them. The "good guys" carry on their work quietly,
and with little-to-no notice by mainstream Media. A scandal is news. Helping a
victim's (of whatever) family isn't.

When scanning across the radio dial, it is very easy to "bypass" several
modern, quality Christian stations because the music & programming are unfamiliar.
However, if the scan stops on *just one* of those "crank the mic to 11 and
bellow at the top of your lungs" kind of fanatical screamers, you notice it
immediately. A negative impression is instantly formed: "Christian Radio is full
of crackpots."

Meanwhile, those 2, 3 or 4 "normal-sounding" Christian stations that were
skipped-over, were never on the radar. Only the crackpot registers, and that is
part of the problem we face as a Format. People unfamiliar with Christian Radio
only remember that hoarse-voiced, horribly distorted bellower they couldn't
tune-away from fast enough. They are out there, thankfully they are few, but
they are the bane of our existance.
