[BC] iPods, Sirius & XM

(sorry for the double posts in error, here is the correct one):

     My nephew, who is working his holiday away at a big box retailer
     (in Ventura Co, California) told me that he was out of Sirius
     radios in the first week (that would be around December 19th).  He
     told me that some customers, when faced with no Sirius radios asked
     if they could get Howard on XM, many not really understanding the
     difference in services.  
    This leads me to think there is a learning curve that is in
    progress.   He also told me that customers are still confused by the
    terms HDTV and Digital TV.  Over dinner last week he asked, "Aunt
    Rachel, can you give me the (name of store) version of how to
    explain the difference".  I did as best as a techie can, reducing it
    to about two sentences.  Not easy.
