  File attach is STILL a really bad idea, no matter how popular M$ makes it.
  Set up an FTP machine, and it all becomes SO simple !
  ( drag-n-drop, or even simpler )

  Sure there is !

  Once in MP3, the fidelity lost can not be recovered.
  ( no how, no way, no when )
