I did do New York for 20 years. It was wonderful. I've known Mike for 
a number of years and recall a wonderful lunch with him at a 
convention. It was very hard to tear myself away. Mike kept the WQXR 
format true its calling and made very subtle changes. While Mike 
might be known for Hot Hits, he's a great programmer. Most 
programming philosophies driven by listeners are almost universal.

The two big names at WFMT were Ray Nordstrand, General Manager, and 
Norm Pellegrini was the PD. The engineering staff was always top 
drawer. I would easily do Chicago. It's a wonderful city.
