And quite different from a "DX test" as proposed, and as fined in
at least one situation I know about.

I have, though it is rare, and not usually to each specific item.
However, when one comes in with an estimate considerably higher
than a previous build by that same owner, questions can be asked.

I have long been a proponent of what is reasonable, to the
chagrin of many lawyers well versed in jot and tittle.
