[BC] WSJ on replacing Howard Stern

Yes,  Howard is a superb showman. While I don't like his show (though it is 
very amusing at times), he is among few peers in the ability to envelop a 
persona, but also detach when the mic is turned off.  From what I 
understand of the man, he is a complete introvert when off the air or not "on".
