[BC] war surplus

I have a friend who makes his entire living buying and selling military
surplus.  Someone on this list posted a link to his ebay store a while back.
At the time, they were making fun of some old piece of gear in a audio
processing thread, but now it seems more logical that guys like him are
important, and you might want to add him to your network.
