They'll have to change their clocks to allow a far larger spot load. 
They'll need their own inventory and allow enough local inventory to make 
it feasible to pay to carry the shows. If Howard ends up back on radio, 
what's the incentive to subscribe? Also, everyone seems to think the show 
will get a lot dirtier. He'll have to rachet that back to "Touched by an 
Angel" acceptability. The religious culture war will kick into high gear in 
a couple of weeks. Once the Supreme Court is packed with neo-Conservatives 
out to save our souls we'll see the already fluid nature of indecency 
offenses drown anything remotely damaging to the foul mouthed kiddies we're 
trying to protect.
