If it's a 500 watt daytimer, what chance will it have once adjacent 
stations fire up IBOC? Is it worth even paying 10% of what's being asked if 
expensive improvements/repairs will be wiped out by IBOC hash for a decade 
or two? What if the local power company installs BPL?
