One would actually find a nice, efficient, tall tower in Alameda New 
Mexico...and behind it (away from New York on the bearing) a shorter stick. 
The tall tower was instrumental in the re-enactment of the mooring of the 
dirigible Hindenberg (aka a balloonist) last fall.
