When I was installing for Scott Studios I saw a lot of Wicks' DeltaFlex (CBSI) and Visual Traffic.    Wicks may offer a discount if you switch to one of their other systems.    I was also seeing more Natural Log in use:  http://www.nat-soft.com/nlframe.htm
