[BC] Traffic systems

These guys are out of Lincoln, NE... they used to own a small group there.
Built their own traffic system, then put it on the market. We've used them
for 5 or 6 years, their phone support is good and quick, and I think we're
paying $90 a month, which covers my AM/FM combo. There's NO lease, you just
pay 3 months in advance. If you want to drop, you just quit paying. I've
been happy with them.
