[BC] Vonage update

Some of them are still nuts for prices. A year ago I was in Las Vegas and
made a 2-minute dial-up call from my laptop modem to my ISP in California to
find out the local dial-up numbers to use for e-mail. The call cost me $20!
Then the local, toll-free calls cost me $1 each.
