[BC] Hey Mr. VOA Delano (OT)

Traveling south on I-5, recently, I saw a white beacon I've seen several 
times before. Its very strange about 10' above ground and on the eastern 
side of the freeway near the Avenal exit as I recall.

This would be a white strobe. Seems to be on a nat gas junction. AND 
seems to be a target, if it is what it appears.

Any clues.....just curious.
