[BC] Gas Prices

Same here in Fl, but I thought it was just normal pre hurricane price
gouging.  Taking advantage of the panicking people

I bought gas about about 0900, and only bought about 10 gallons at 2.15 per
gal because we're a little low on money.

    By 10:00 the same pump was marked for 2.29 per gal...
