[BC] Police frequencies on MW

There is a very old, large(30 to 40' across at the base), 4-legged,
insulated tower in Darlington that is about 400' now, and looks like it is
missing about another 100' that it once might have had. It was a two-way
tower for the highway dept. back in the dark ages. With this height, it
must have been operating in or below the AM band..................
