I'll agree with James that I hardly listen to WTOP any more since they
have too much jolly-jolly, ha-ha content.  I now get most of my news
from the internet (include WTOP's good site).  In the car it's XM
music.

But WTOP's present approach must make someone happy since they have
very good listener numbers.  I gather that WAMU/WETA do as well, but
since they are "below 92 MHz", their listener numbers are hard to
discover.
