[BC] A Change of Topic on Network News Feeds

I seem to recall a time when I could hear a very low-level tone of some
sort--almost reminded me of the whine of a quad headwheel--on CBS audio,
in particular. I remember hearing that on "All In The Family", in
particular. Then, sometime around 1978 or so, I no longer heard it.
Might have been a bit earlier, as Stan suggests.
