[BC] TT speeds, was Weirdo dials /was/ ABC Network in the wired days

We had 16rpm records in school for Spanish and French language classes.
And, no, they weren't made at half speed so the kids could keep up with
the recording.

I keep a 16/33/45/78 rpm Zenith in working order because my Mom has a
bunch of Big Band 78's in a cabinet that I'll get some day.
