[BC] Horror story in the making??????

TV Engineers have the time, and many have the knowledge for this type of 
work; some of them have or had water-cooled transmitters, therefore are 
familiar with plumbing. TV Engineers don't really work anyway, just plug a 
few cables in every now and then.
