Regarding comments on this thread concerning KKGM.  Since
I am the engineer involved in setting up the original collocated
operation with KHVN and also moving the 1630 operation to
its new site, I can give the complete story.  However, I need to
catch up on some office work after being out of town before
taking the time to put forth the entire tail.  (Numerous factors
are involved including errors in the FCC's CDBS, which they
for some reason won't correct despite being informed of
their existence numerous time}
