[BC] The Road Show in TN and SC

Hi all:

This next week, the Taste of NAB 2005 Road Show begins its move north: 
we?ll be in Knoxville, TN, Greenville, SC and Columbia, SC.

On Monday, July 18th , we?ll be doing a noon meeting at the Days Inn 
Convention Center. This is our second year here in Knoxville. For all

We then move on to Greenville, SC for a meeting on Wednesday, July 20th. 
We?ll be doing our presentation after a catered dinner that begins at 
6:30 PM. We?ll be meeting at the facilities of WSPA-TV 7. For details,

The next day, Thursday, July 21st, we?ll be in Columbia, SC for a noon

There are very few opportunities for broadcast engineers to see, 
first-hand, what?s new and to have the chance to keep up with the latest 
?whatevers.? Not sending at least one engineer to the National 
Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention is tantamount to stifling 
an engineering department?s technical education and preventing the 
facility from keep abreast of what?s going in the wonderful world of 
television and broadcasting in general. How utterly stupid!

In the midst of its fourth year, the Tech-Notes Taste of NAB 2005 Road 
Show brings a ?taste? of the latest technology that was present at NAB 
2005 to the grassroots engineers across the United States. Road Show is 
not and never has been intended to be a substitute for the real thing ? 
the NAB convention.
