[BC] Daylight Savings Time changes?

Not quite the same as Europe ... currently Europe changes on the LAST Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October.
The US and maybe Canada is changing Daylight saving to the FIRST Sunday of March and the last Sunday of November.
I don't think the change in the US has anything to do with Europe. Unless they decide to change also.
