[BC] Daylight Savings Time changes?

Interesting.
In the winter when I Powerdown to 1kw say at 4:15pm
Radio Disney in Mich Slams me for an hour sometimes longer before
they dissapear. It drives managment here nuts.
Hence My cell phone is Ringing off the hook I run DST
