And they would be well within their rights to do so... and maybe, just maybe,
enough of them will make a big enough stink, contact their Congresspersons,
and who knows... maybe this horribly flawed AM IBOC (It Bothers Other Channels)
thing will be axed before it gets any worse. We can dream, right?
As for trying to pick up WSM, WFAN's analog signal makes that nigh
impossible, anyway. I can tell that they are there if I listen to them on lower
sideband, but that's barely listenable.
WOR's analog signal is only a fraction of WFAN's up this way, yet their hash
generator is extremely noticable. If WFAN fires one up, that's going to make a
really big mess. No hope for WSM, then, even on a LSB receiver.
