Sure illegal means something... it means an opportunity for lots of folks to
make lots of money...(right and wrong, now, those are some ideas that are
now legislated into compulsified obfuscation and infinite diversity without
clear objective.. other than making the legislators money... )
whaddya mean I'm "wrong"... define "wrong"...
