[BC] My prediction for the future

so far it hasn't been that bad. there were a few problems getting it set
up, but I was able to get through to someone, on a weekend no less, and
located somewhere in the U.S., and she was polite and helpful and i got it
working. I've been told the first year or two SBC was running dsl,
everyone had problems and SBC horror stories; it seems (so far) like they
have gotten their act together.
I should say though that I was paying $19.95/month for 50k dialup so i'm
easily satisfied.
i've looked into the way dsl works. it's quite an admirable and ingenious
engineering development with the separate little 4 khz channels.
