[BC] Antenna restrictions

HOAs will sometimes change or add to the CC&R.  There was talk of banning 
Transmitters! in my development because someone read about hams putting up 
antennas in attics.  They didn't want any RF interference in the 
development.  I said if you ban transmitters, then you can't have 
cellphones, wireless phones, remote control toy cars etc.  I think cooler 
heads prevailed.  Someone from the HOA saw my ham tags on my car ( I only do 
vhf and uhf).
