Never mind that... the audiences of *other* stations, who are going to be 
stepped-on by the IBOC carriers, will disappear, too. There was an article in the 
June Radio Guide pointing out the fact that the receivers that suffer the 
most from IBOC (It Bothers Other Channels) interference, are the portables.

The lawyers are already salivating, I'm sure.
